Hazard could be back in time for Villarreal

Real Madrid’s big-money summer signing from Chelsea Eden Hazard could be fit to play sooner than had been expected.
Hazard picked up a thigh injury in training ahead of the season opener against Celta Vigo and while initially thinking he would be on the sidelines for three or four weeks may now be back in time to play Villareal the beggining of September.
Real Madrid’s medical team has now revised their initial diagnosis after watching Hazard in training and now think he might be fit in time to play Villa Real at the Estadio de la Ceramica on Sunday the 1st of September.
Now, assuming he does not have any kind of relapse or pick up an additional injury he should be available for selection.
It might be a coincidence or not, but of all the players brought in over the summer Hazard, Rodrygo Goes and Ferland Mendy, have all been injured during the pre-season.
The demands required to regain fitness following time off are believed to be the cause of the injuries and nothing that has the medical staff too concerned.
According to Spanish sports newspaper Marca, it has not taken Hazard long to settle into his new surroundings and he is already feeling like a member of the team.
The fact that he got injured so soon after joining Real Madrid has more to do with bad luck than mental issues.
Both Real Madrid and Barcelona think they can sign Neymar
Real Madrid and Barcelona both remain optimistic that they can sign Neymar before the Spanish transfer window closed on September 2nd.

Sky reports that Barcelona is looking to fist take the Brazilian back on loan, which will come with an obligation to buy.
Real Madrid, meanwhile believes that the longer Barcelona and PSG come to making a firm deal the better it suits them according to Spanish football journalist Dermot Corrigan.
“Both Real Madrid and Barcelona would love to get Neymar before the Spanish window shuts but neither of them has the money to go for a full transfer outright,” Corrigan told Sky Sports News.
“Barcelona had a board meeting yesterday. They are looking to get a formal offer to PSG to try and take him on loan.
“Real Madrid are confident that if they wait, then things will fall their way. They believe the relationship between the directors of PSG and Barcelona is so bad that the closer it gets to the end of the window, the better their chances will be of signing him.
“At the moment, both are still optimistic of their chances without anyone being sure they can get a deal done.”
While Neymar has told Paris Saint Germain that he wants to leave he has been very careful in keeping his preferred destination quiet.
“Neymar has been very careful not to go public with where his preferred destination would be because he is not sure how it is going to work out,” Corrigan said.
“He has made it clear he would like to leave, but PSG but it comes down to the finances.
“Both Real and Barcelona have already spent a lot of money this summer signing players like Eden Hazard and Antoine Griezmann.
“They would both need to sell if they could or work on some kind of loan move, which seems to be the most likely option at the moment.”
